With social media getting major recognition as a marketing and communication platform, brands have started realizing that running after fan count is worthless if one doesn’t engage with the community.
To help you understand how Indian brands are engaging on social media, we present to you the Social Media Engagement study conducted by Ketchum Sampark. The study analyzed 100 Indian brands and 100 global brands across 10 categories, and their growth in fan base and engagement on Facebook from January to August 2012
