Story Explorer will help users to explore the snaps in depth and go beyond the snaps curated by the Snapchat team.
With Story Explorer, users will now have to just swipe up any snap in a story to see more snaps related to that. They can afterwards, swipe down and continue going through the rest of the story.
This feature will enhance user experience and keep users hooked for a longer period of time. It will help understand the moment better from different perspectives and help them feel like being a part of the moment.

Story Explorer will be available only for the Live Stories in New York and Los Angeles for now. It will be rolled out to other stories soon.
Snapchat’s USP is that nothing is permanent. But, with bringing out new updates to enhance user experience, their user base is definitely getting stronger, permanently.
