Contract Advertising appointed Subho Sengupta as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Contract Delhi.

An alumnus of IISWBM & St Xavier’s Kolkata, Subho Sengupta has over two decades of experience in the marketing and advertising ecosystem. He is a seasoned communications professional with a deep understanding in launching new brands, re-engineering existing ones and developing integrated marketing communications across a cross-section of brands.

As a Business Head, he has demonstrated drive for new business, operational excellence and forging strong client relationships by consistently delivering value on his brands.

Commenting on the appointment, Raji Ramaswamy, CEO, Contract Advertising said; “Delhi is an important growth market and I am confident that Shubho Sengupta will be able to deliver value to our clients though his diverse category experience. His deep understanding of building brands and his strategic skills will help us deliver the best solutions for our clients. I am delighted to have him onboard as the head of Contract, Delhi.”

Subho Sengupta brings to the table his robust experience across a multitude of categories comprising telecom, food & beverages, media & publication, financial services, real estate, consumer electronics, FMCG, footwear, sportswear, manufacturing, hospitality and digital search engine. He spearheaded the entire marketing strategy and the national launch across 12 circles for MTS as well as instrumental in the successful launch of Airtel Digital TV and IPTV. Over the years, he has worked with some of the most high-profile companies and brands including ABP, Berger Paints, Hitachi, ITC, Reliance Telecom, The Times of India and Unilever (Nepal). Besides building brands, Shubho is a great team leader and an excellent mentor. Subho joins from J Walter Thompson where he has spent last four years.
