Digital agency, Edgytal India acquired by IntellaSphere USA

Edgytal India has agreed in principle to be acquired by IntellaSphere USA, which offers a socially-collaborative system and services to help businesses transform their digital fans into active brand promoters.

They have a presence in the Seattle, Washington USA area and in Hyderabad, India. Edgytal brings expertise in effective digital marketing for worldwide brands, developing presence, campaigns, and demand through all online channels. The India agency operation of IntellaSphere will merge with Edgytal India, under the leadership of Edgytal CEO Kriti Bhargava.
