Our reports come with intelligent snippets giving you key highlights to action going forward. Our reports are available in multiple formats including Excel, PPT and PDF.
What kind of sentiment analysis does it do and how accurate is it?
Our sentiment analysis algorithm uses a neural network to detect the meaning behind audience interactions. We account for frequency, offensive language as well as expressions to showcase the most accurate result possible from a given data set.
If the general conversation around your brand is changing, a brand can look out for changes in average sentiment signalling shifts in perception.

Road Map
The focus with Unbox Social has been to provide rich insights and analytics for our clients. While we have focused on going deeper with analytics, going forward we will be widening our offerings to include a response management and publishing suite as well.
Additionally, Unbox Social is slated for an international release later this September.
