Chrome Asia is a 360 degrees Hospitality, Marketing & Events agency for brands across India & GCC. Chrome Communications was founded in October 2011 and since then has expanded verticals to cater to the needs of its clients.
Over the last 9 years of our existence, we’ve developed our niche in the hospitality & lifestyle space and work every day to innovate & create more exciting campaigns.
What’s in the name?
Chrome Communications is a name that naturally came to us. It was born out of thought and then stayed along to become an agency that is synonymous with the Hospitality and F&B Industry.

Why we do it?
Our Founder, Pawan Shahri had a zest for hospitality & F&B. He found Chrome at the age of 16 as a restaurant marketing agency since that was a gap he wanted to fill.
At the age of 25 years, 9 years down, Chrome still stands strong to its love for F&B and Hospitality. We’ve acquired great people and they have acquired even better skills that make us the go-to agency in this sector.
How we evolve?
The F&B industry is one of the fastest evolving markets ever. The consumer is always on the look-out for new and updated offerings and the restaurants need to be at the forefront of innovation to keep up with the customer demands.
For us, an integral part of our evolution is directly related to our clients’ growth. We’ve learned, grown & evolved with our clients and that has been one of the best parts of our business.
Social responsibility in social media
On Social Media, we have a strong creative work ethic in place for all our brands. We verify everything that goes up thoroughly and ensures that it is within our moral framework. We produce content for ourselves and the content is a true reflection of what we believe in.
The need of the hour
The need of the hour is actually two-fold – part one is the platforms that need guidelines that they operate in. Everything cannot be related to monetary benefits and social responsibility needs to be a bigger concern. Part two is the consumers of content. They need to ensure that they report content which violates their rights. And this should be done effectively to maintain decorum across channels.

A day without Internet
Honestly, this is something that we do as an inhouse activity which is like taking a breather from technology. It helps us straighten our thought process and to detach is the best way to re-attach just a lot more thoughtfully!
