How would you define a

Superwoman in today's day and age?

A superwoman is someone who focuses on the journey of herself in

doing what she wants without compromising on her wellness and missing out on

the fun element.

I never give up and only work for a better

tomorrow. Discipline to balance my personal and professional life.

How successful have women been in shattering the glass ceiling in the Media & Advertising field? Does the 'boardroom inequality' phrase still stand true?

Women have been shattering glass ceilings across sectors and the concept of boardroom inequality is almost a miss in the media industry. I, however, feel there are times when companies, across sectors, still worry about women balancing work and motherhood. Though the mindset has been changing.

What are the key changes this industry needs in order to make workplaces gender-neutral, safe, and nurturing?
