How would

you define a Superwoman in today's day and age?

A superwoman is one who not only fulfills her dreams but also energizes people around her. She could be a teacher, homemaker, or a successful CEO or maybe even all of them!

When life throws challenges, she will soar above

them with perseverance and dedication.

She encourages and elevates other women around

her with genuine respect and faith. Positively, you don't need a cape to be a

superwoman as there's one in all of us.

One

quality that you think every superwoman has and that helped you win Social

Samosa Superwomen...

Being passionate about one's field or task is

simply a prerequisite in any industry, but I believe there are a few more that

can go a long way.

Confidence: It's difficult to say that others

won't doubt your skills, but don't let another's opinions get the better of

you. Believe in yourself, always!

Humility: Cherish your accomplishments but also remember where you started from and what your true goals are.

How

successful have women been in shattering the glass ceiling in the Media &

Advertising field? Does the 'boardroom inequality' phrase still stand true?

Women hold less than a fifth of key management

roles, and most companies exercise gender bias for major decision-making roles.

However, I would be remiss to overlook the shift

towards gender neutrality within this industry as women have stepped into the

roles that were once dominated by their male counterparts.

Although I don't believe there should be a

ceiling for anyone, women have been causing cracks for a few years now. The

path may be more onerous for women but it will inevitably shatter.

What are the key changes this industry needs in order to make workplaces gender-neutral, safe, and nurturing?

  • Stringent policies to protect the

interests of women and men alike
  • Gender balance & equal

    employment opportunities
  • Getting rid of gender pay gaps.

One

Superpower you wish you had?

The

ability to read someone’s mind!

The

'Superwomen' you diligently follow and who inspired you...

There are so many women

I follow, there is much to learn from all.

I think any woman who

has proved that “anything is possible” is enough to inspire each of us.

If I had to pick one it

would definitely be my mom. I am nothing without her & her support.

One tip to women out there attempting to scale

heights..

You can do anything you

aspire; no dream is ever too big. You can be

whoever you want, whenever you want. Don’t underestimate yourself.
