Bhuvana, as the CMO at Randstad, will lead and be fully accountable for all marketing initiatives across Randstad India. She will be driving business outcomes and Randstad’s brand in the market.
Bhuvana S. will be responsible for continuing to build Randstad’s external eminence in the market through various client engagement forums and campaigns, working closely with the leadership team.
In her prior stint with IBM India she held the role of Performance and Digital Marketing Lead for Asia pacific. She has over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Brand, Product, and Sales.
Prior to IBM, she has held leadership positions with Brand Comm, TNT, Aptech, and Vijay TV. Bhuvana comes with a deep experience of transforming work and developing agile teams. She is a keynote speaker on a wide range of interests across marketing, technology, and leadership.
Bhuvana has won various prestigious CMO awards in Marketing within and outside IBM. She is a passionate advocate for environmental issues. In her work with several NGOs, she has raised funds for planting trees across villages in the country. She loves dogs, watching F1, loves to trek, and has her eyes on Chadar trek as her next destination.
She has a degree in Botany, an MBA in Marketing and Strategy Management from XLRI.
