Brut and Thums Up honour India’s 75 years of Independence by acknowledging and celebrating the hands that have built the nation in new campaign #HarHaathToofan

To honour 75 years of India’s Independence, Brut India and Thums Up came together to celebrate the hands that have built the nation in new campaign #HarHaathToofan.

The #HarHaathToofan campaign was executed by #BrutForBrands, the content & brand solution offering by Brut India. The campaign featured stories of notable Indians who propelled the country to great heights on the global stage.

Internationally renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik spoke to Brut India about the trials he had to overcome before receiving attention on the global stage. The Padma Shri award winner known for his beautiful sand sculptures that often contain a social message, truly exemplifies the HarHaathToofan spirit.


2022 Commonwealth gold medallist and World Boxing Champion, Nikhat Zareen shared how she broke stereotypes on her path to success. The celebrated boxer also explained the palat de moment that changed her life. 

India’s chess prodigy Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa made the list of toofani achievers. The 16-year-old Grandmaster narrated his experience of defeating the world chess champion, Magnus Carlsen. Praggnanndhaa was most recently part of the Indian contingent that won a bronze at the World Chess Olympiad.

Achinta Sheuli, the newly crowned gold medallist at the 2022 Commonwealth Games described his rise to the top after fighting poverty his entire life. Achinta also expanded on his toofani moment, when he broke two world records at the tournament.
