Bonito Designs appoints Rishi Sharma as CMO
As the CMO of Bonito Designs, Rishi Sharma plans on investing heavily in digital infrastructure, consumer insights, and customer experience.
Bonito Designs further builds its leadership team as it brings on board Rishi Sharma as Chief Marketing Officer. Rishi will work very closely with Amit Parsuramka, Chief Executive Officer, Bonito Designs.
With his deep knowledge and specialization in brand management, marketing communications, performance marketing, product management, and market research, Rishi will primarily focus on facilitating growth and increasing revenue by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that will promote brand recognition, giving the organization a competitive advantage.
Bonito Designs, pre-launched its services in Mumbai recently and within a month it became the second-largest organised player in the city. The brand has received phenomenal consumer appreciation for its nuanced and differentiated offering and the disruption that it brings to the interior design space. The company has more than doubled its ARR and is on the path to cross USD 100 million ARR with an EBITDA by the end of FY 2022-23.
Rishi Sharma joins the company after a stint with Zolostays Property Solutions where he was the Chief Marketing Officer, based out of Bangalore. His primary responsibility included working very closely with the founders on strategy & growth plans with a special focus on Brand Management, Revenue Growth, Community Engagement, Brand Experience, and Alliance Partnerships. Rishi’s total work experience spans over two decades and includes some very fruitful stints with organizations like Grasim Industries (Aditya Birla Group), Samsung India Electronics, McCann Erikson and Havas Worldwide.

This year, Bonito Designs brought on board interior designer Gauri Khan and couturier Manish Malhotra to curate bespoke homes for its customers in Mumbai and Bangalore. This partnership has significantly elevated the brand’s standing in these cities, adding value to the homes they create.
By the end of March 2023, Bonito Designs will have covered 4 mn sq ft of home deliveries in the country.
