PivotRoots beefs up management team with two appointments

PivotRoots appoints Ashok Shinde as Vice President – Performance & Alifiya Naik as User Experience Director to lead the team & help build the UI/UX lab.

Ashok comes with over 15 years of experience in performance, branding and data-driven marketing. Most recently, he was Senior Director – Digital Marketing at Shaadi.com, where he was responsible for leveraging digital mediums for new user growth.

And, looking forward to working with the entire team to scale data driven and performance marketing offerings.” says Ashok.

Previously, Alifiya lead the UX division at Indigo Consulting and has over 12 years of experience in UX / UI. She comes with a strong ethos on UCD methodologies and processes.

Earlier last year the agency appointed Jinit Shah as Associate Media Director and Sachin Khairnar as  Technology Leader.
