The International Advertising Association (IAA) India Chapter has invited Sanjeev Kapur, CMO and Head of Customer Franchise Management Citi (India) for its next webinar on the 7th of November, 2013 at 3:00 pm. Under his leadership, Citibank India has received plenty of external brand recognition and accolades, including the top position in the prestigious Brand Equity 'Most Trusted Brand Award' in the Foreign Bank category for three consecutive years.

Sanjeev will demonstrate how to make the best use of the digital platform from his extensive experience and exposure of the media. His session will be loaded with his knowledge of the BFSI sector.
