On account of World Health Day, Aditya Birla Health undertook an initiative #JumpForHealth to create awareness about benefits of jumping.
According to a research done by American Journal of Health Promotion that says, “Jumping 20 times a day provide greater bone-building benefits than running or jogging.” Abiding by this theory, this World Health Day the brand is asking people to participate for this cause and #JumpForHealth. For which, people are expected to record a video of them jumping, upload it through their social media handles of Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and nominate 3 friends.
Attempting to create a chain and spread this awareness across the digital portals, the brand is aiming at 1 million jumps as for every 10,000 jumps they are going to donate a prosthetic leg to the one in need. Basically their idea stands for- Your feet in the air might help someone put theirs on the ground, again. So far, there have been 90,000 jumps or 9 prosthetic legs so far, just in a day.
