This International Music Day, MTV is standing up for something they too have forgotten for years now, for music, for good music actually! Taking an aim at cringe pop sensation on social media, Dhinchak Pooja, MTV urges their viewers to turn up the volume on good music.
Parallely, the channel is also running the #ThankYouForTheMusic campaign.
Expressing their gratitude towards a number of leading Bollywood musicians, singers and lyricists, MTV’s #ThankYouForTheMusic is out recognizing the work of musical geniuses such as A. R Rahman, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Javed Akhtar, Amit Trivedi, Sukhwinder Singh, Alka Yagnik, Sunidhi Chauhan and many more who have produced melodious and groovy music for all the Bollywood buffs out there.
