Social responsibility in social media

Easy net accessibility has made it easy for everyone to be there on social media. Tons of information is available every day from random anonymous sources. While some of them are true, most of them are not. Everything has become so transparent that all concerned parties are exposed to all kinds of information. One needs a professional agency to handle this flow of information.

Especially, when it comes to maintaining a positive brand identity, handling customer queries and feedback, and filtering out the negative reviews.

The Need of the hour

The everchanging landscape of social media in the country is shifting towards localized hypermarkets where content is not in English but in regional bursts and vernacular slangs integrated into messaging that bites on to a ubiquitous thought process.

Did we just share that?

We had a great time while shooting for a few promotional videos for one of our FMCG clients. The idea came out while discussing campaign ideas for IDay. The decision was too random, we proceeded ahead without any approval from the client and didn’t even bother them with a budget.

We were excited as the whole process was in-house – from scriptwriting, casting, and shooting to production!  The videos came out really nice and when we showed them to our client, they were utterly surprised. We took a risk out of excitement and it went really well with the client.

They work with us

We have a host of clients from various business backgrounds – from education, real estate, agriculture, FMCG to fast food chains.

The industry as we foresee

It is an ever-evolving industry. It has been progressing since its inception. Who thought it would take over the world when it first appeared as just a medium to communicate? When it comes to India, every small sector of business is getting into it and understanding its importance in spreading their brand message.

Certain segments of businesses are even selling their products through their social media pages. And when it comes to the number of SM users, we have the highest in the world! So it’s not really difficult to understand its importance in the coming years. We are excited to see the futuristic implications such as AI and VR.

A day without Internet

Complete lockdown! Let’s not even think about it. We are wondering how are we gonna send you these answers without the internet! I mean how many of us remember the address of nearby post office anymore? Wait, it’s been a while since I sent a normal text message without using WhatsApp!
