World Mental Health Day brand posts are aligned to move mental health from the sidelines and set it at the center of our lives.
World Mental Health Day is observed to raise awareness around mental well-being and advocacy against the social stigma that surrounds depression and other problems.
It is organized by the World Federation for Mental Health. This year’s Day is supported by WHO, the International Association for Suicide Prevention, and United for Global Mental Health.
Several brands and organizations have joined in to amplify these efforts through informative creatives.
The day has tapped through various themes over the years such as 'Women and Mental Health', 'Mental health in the workplace', 'The Effects of Trauma and Violence on Children & Adolescents' and many more of such issues masked under a smile.
This year's theme is 'Suicide prevention' and brands and organizations weave their creatives around the reasons that may lead to it along with informative content that can prevent it.
Most of the brands that mark this day are from the Healthcare sector or are non-profit organizations but several brands from different sectors join the in too.

- Often they can’t understand what they have been through.
- Drawing helps them externalise.
