YouTube has released its regional language Ads Leaderboard, this covers campaigns from Tamil,Telugu, Bengali, and Malayalam languages that were most viewed in H1 2021.
YouTube released its first-ever regional language Ads Leaderboard, releasing top 10 of the most-watched regional language ads for the period H1’21. This list encompasses ads released in four regional Indian languages and indicates an increasing recognition that consumers are more likely to consider a purchase or relate with a product when they are reached in their preferred language.
The Top 3 video advertisements belonged to different categories: snacks, commercial vehicles, and a language learning institution. The top rank holder in the Ads Leaderboard was in Tamil by Britannia Good Day titled Cool As A Cucumber featuring Gautham Vasudev Menon; the campaign garnered 880,948 Public Lifetime Global Views. Next on the list was a campaign in Telgu by Sonalika Tractors.
