YouTube is testing new comment threading feature. According to the statement released by the platform, it is expected to provide a more focused reading experience and help users understand conversations with more ease.

To access threaded replies, users can tap the 'X replies' button located under a comment. This will open a 'Replies' panel where responses are displayed in a threaded view, making it easier to follow the flow of conversation.

The feature is available until August 14 exclusively on iOS and Android devices and is not accessible on desktop at this time.

YouTube is also testing additional features as part of its ongoing Dream Track experiment within Shorts. These updates are intended to enhance the experience of creating customized soundtracks.

According to YouTube, creators who are part of the experiment group may notice new options and improvements in soundtrack quality. The features are currently being rolled out to a limited group of creators based in the United States.

These updates remain experimental and are not yet available to all users.
