Lemma Appoints New Sales Leaders Across Key Markets

Lemma, an adtech platform, has expanded its sales team with four new appointments across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. The hires are part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its presence in key markets and support ongoing business growth. The development follows Lemma’s recent focus on integrating out-of-home (OOH) and digital advertising capabilities through a unified platform aimed at enabling more streamlined campaign execution.

“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Urvashi, Priya, Madhurima, and Vikram to Lemma,” stated Siddharth Dabhade, Chief Business Officer, Lemma, who will lead the expanded sales team, will also oversee a broader sales strategy aligned with the company’s full-funnel approach. “Their collective experience will be crucial as we propel business growth, cultivate key alliances, and expand our integrated OOH and digital performance solutions across all markets. We're building the future of advertising, and this team is central to that vision,” stated Dabhade.

Urvashi Singh and Priya Kalakoti join the Delhi office as Director and Associate Director, respectively. Both bring valuable experience in sales that is expected to support Lemma’s expansion and growth in the northern region. A seasoned digital media sales professional, Urvashi has 16 years of experience across various digital platforms. Her most recent role was as AGM Sales at Xapads. Urvashi expressed, “Building on the experience I’ve gained, I’ll focus on nurturing and leveraging my industry connections to create new business opportunities for us. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to Lemma’s growth in every possible way.”

With a strong background in digital advertising and sales, Priya's most recent stint was as Revenue Head at Fashion Entrepreneur Fund. She shared, "I’m excited to build great client relationships and help drive new opportunities in the north market." Priya is expected to play a key role in supporting Lemma’s growth in the ad tech space and helping develop new business in the region.

Madhurima Bhattacharya has been appointed Associate Director of Sales at Lemma, based in Mumbai. She will be responsible for accelerating business growth across agency partnerships and providing strategic support to the sales team in the western region. With over 11 years of experience, primarily in digital ad sales, Madhurima brings solid industry knowledge to her new role. Prior to joining Lemma, she served as Associate Director of Sales at Wootag. "I'm excited to bring my digital sales expertise to Lemma and contribute to expanding our presence and partnerships in the western market," she said.

Vikram Singh joins as Director of Sales in Bengaluru, bringing 17 years of advertising sales experience, including a significant tenure at TATA Play. He expressed, "I am thrilled to embark on my new role as Director of Sales for South India at LEMMA. I look forward to leveraging my expertise in developing sales strategies, forging pivotal partnerships, and leading engagements with clients and media agencies to drive significant growth and deliver impactful solutions aligned with LEMMA’s forward-thinking vision."
