Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has appointed Amit Govind to lead its global marketing in sustainable services.
Govind, who brings over two decades of experience in digital strategy, corporate communications, and marketing innovation, will now be responsible for positioning TCS’s sustainability services on the global stage as mentioned in the statement by the company. His role is expected to include driving thought leadership, enhancing market visibility, and building stakeholder trust around the company’s green technology capabilities. He is also expected to lead the company's global sustainability messaging and client engagement efforts.
His professional background includes leadership roles at Audi India, dentsu, L&T Infotech, CometChat, and Germin8, where he worked across online reputation management, influencer relations, digital creative development, and community engagement.
In his new position, Govind is expected to shape the company's marketing roadmap for sustainable services, including areas like climate technology, enterprise decarbonisation, and ESG-driven digital transformation.
