Asian Footwear Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Abhishek Singh Chauhan as Lead – Brand Marketing & Communication. The appointment is aimed at strengthening the company’s marketing leadership as it focuses on scaling its presence across urban and emerging markets.
Chauhan brings over two decades of experience spanning media, advertising, brand strategy, digital transformation, and content production. His career includes five years in media and advertising agencies, six years in content leadership roles across production houses and GroupM/WPP agencies, and over seven years in client-side brand roles. His previous mandates have included overseeing national campaigns, AI-enabled marketing automation, digital and offline media plans, and mobile app launches.
Commenting on his new role, Chauhan said, “I am excited to join the dynamic team at Asian Footwears, a brand that is walking with India, literally and metaphorically. The ambition here is bold, the legacy is strong, and the potential is immense. My goal is to integrate storytelling, digital intelligence, and purpose-driven marketing to create lasting consumer love and category leadership.”
Chauhan has led more than 300 content projects and worked across television commercials, product launches, and branded documentaries. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at Dorset Industries, Ozone Group, Team Airtel & Essence (GroupM), and Ogilvy. He has worked on campaigns for brands such as Airtel, Zee5, Hyundai, and Mankind Pharma.
An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad (MDP), Chauhan holds an MBA in Marketing and has completed certification in film marketing from Cannes, France.
