Dheeraj Sinha to take over as CEO of McCann Worldgroup India

Dheeraj Sinha has been appointed CEO of McCann Worldgroup India as part of the post-merger restructuring between Omnicom and IPG. With FCB folding into McCann, Sinha will now lead the unified network’s India operations through the transition.

Dheeraj Sinha, who was until now leading FCB Group India & South Asia, has been appointed as the new CEO of McCann Worldgroup India.

The change comes in the wake of the global merger between Omnicom Group and Interpublic Group (IPG), which has triggered a reorganisation of regional agency leadership.

As part of this restructuring, FCB (previously under IPG) will fold into McCann in India.

Sinha had taken over as FCB India & South Asia CEO in November 2023, succeeding Rohit Ohri.
