Nikhil Kamath One Hand Clap

Entrepreneur and investor Nikhil Kamath has invested in One Hand Clap Media, a creative agency founded by former AIB heads Aakash Shah and Naveed Manakkodan.

In today’s fragmented attention economy, traditional marketing no longer cuts it. Brands need digital-first, content-fuelled ideas that are bold, fast, efficient, and disruptive. That’s the conviction behind Kamath’s investment: a belief in the kind of storytelling that sparks conversation and builds community.

With work spanning writing and producing ad films, creative campaigns and managing digital mandates, the agency has worked with Swiggy, Chetak, BGMI, Netflix India, Bumble, EMotorad, CRED, Ather and Prime Video India.

"Nikhil gets our DNA, and our visions align,” said Aakash Shah, Co-founder of One Hand Clap. “ We both never cared for the status quo; we have always aimed to disrupt it, defy the metrics and algorithms to tell stories, not just campaigns for our clients."

Naveed Manakkodan, Co-founder, added, "Nikhil's investment validates our thesis that in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, speed and authentic storytelling are paramount. This partnership fuels our ambition to redefine the agency model, delivering impactful creative solutions with unparalleled agility."

This investment is a key step in Kamath’s broader vision to back India’s creative and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
