PepsiCo India announces Saakshi Verma Menon as Chief Marketing Officer – Foods

Before this role, Saakshi served as Senior Marketing Director – Africa, Middle East & South Asia (AMESA) at PepsiCo. She joined the company in 2024 and brings over two decades of marketing experience across FMCG, digital, and mobility sectors.

SAAKSHI VERMA MENON PEPSI

PepsiCo India has appointed Saakshi Verma Menon as the new Chief Marketing Officer – Foods.. In her new role, Saakshi will lead marketing initiatives across PepsiCo India’s Foods portfolio, which includes brands such as Lay’s, Kurkure, Uncle Chipps, Quaker, Cheetos, and Doritos. She will be responsible for driving brand strategy, innovation, and consumer engagement across these categories.

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Menon wrote, “I am thrilled to share that I will now be stepping into a new role within the PepsiCo family and leading the marketing mandate for India Foods as the Chief Marketing Officer. Super pumped to work on some of the most iconic and beloved brands from the house of PepsiCo - Lay’s, Kurkure, Uncle Chipps, Quaker, Cheetos and Doritos. These brands have been part of everyday moments for millions, and I’m excited to shape the next chapter of their journey.”

Before this role, Saakshi served as Senior Marketing Director – Africa, Middle East & South Asia (AMESA) at PepsiCo. She joined the company in 2024 and brings over two decades of marketing experience across FMCG, digital, and mobility sectors.

Her previous leadership roles include Marketing Director at Kimberly-Clark India; Head of Marketing & Digital Business at Nicobar Design Pvt. Ltd.; Head of Brand, Strategy & Campaigns at Uber India; General Manager, Creative Excellence and Senior Brand Manager at The Coca-Cola Company; and nearly a decade in marketing and customer-facing roles at Colgate-Palmolive.
