Marketing professionals Shamsuddin Jasani, Aatsi Desai Jasani, and Gopa Kumar Menon have jointly announced the launch of Theblurr, a new AI-native, full-service marketing solutions company. The venture aims to integrate artificial intelligence across the marketing value chain, combining media, data, strategy, and creative functions into a unified offering.

The company operates on the principle that AI is not an added layer but a foundational element. Its proprietary ‘HumAIne’ framework is designed to merge machine learning capabilities with human insight, with the goal of delivering faster and more adaptive marketing strategies.

“Marketing today is no longer just about reach or impressions. It’s about real, measurable outcomes—growth, impact, and resonance,” said Shamsuddin Jasani, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Theblurr. “We have built Theblurr to be a true growth partner, combining full-funnel capabilities with AI-first thinking to create work that truly delivers. The founders bring more than 6 decades of combined experience across advertising, digital marketing, and media. The company’s operating structure reflects clearly defined leadership roles.

Shamsuddin Jasani, as CEO, will oversee overall strategy, business growth, and financial performance. Gopa Kumar Menon takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer, responsible for delivery, operational scalability, and integration across creative, media, and technology functions.

Aatsi Desai Jasani serves as Chief Growth Officer, focusing on business development, client relationships, and strategic positioning.
