Sahil Siddiqui has been appointed Executive Vice President – Creative Strategy & Growth at Social Panga. He takes on this role after more than a decade in the advertising and content industry, having held leadership positions across creative and strategic functions.
Before joining Social Panga, Siddiqui served as Global Creative Head at Pepper Content, where he focused on integrating content innovation with broader business goals. Prior to that, he was Group Executive Creative Director at Dentsu Creative, leading creative campaigns for a wide portfolio of brands and overseeing a large cross-functional team.
Siddiqui’s longest tenure was at WATConsult, where he spent close to 12 years in various roles, including Vice President – Creative Strategy. During this period, he was involved in creative planning, campaign execution, and team management across several verticals. His earlier roles at the agency included stints as Associate Vice President, Group Head, Creative Strategist, and Senior Writer.
His career began in social media and communications planning, gradually moving into strategic leadership. Based in Mumbai, Siddiqui’s work has spanned across sectors and formats, with a focus on digital-first brand building and insight-driven campaigns.
