Tara Ford has taken on the role of Chief Creative Officer at Droga5 UKI, effective June 2025. She made the announcement on her LinkedIn page.
Ford brings creative leadership experience to her new position, having most recently served as Chief Creative Officer at Accenture Song for APAC and LATAM. Prior to that, she held the same role at Droga5 ANZ (formerly The Monkeys). Her earlier roles include Chief Creative Officer and Executive Creative Director at DDB Sydney, and Creative Director at TBWA\Australia.
She began her career in London, working with agencies including TBWA\London, M&C Saatchi London, HHCL Redcell, and Channel 4, before holding senior writing roles at Wieden + Kennedy and freelancing in Melbourne.
Ford has also served on industry boards such as Advertising Council Australia and D&AD.
