BHARATESH SALIAN

Wondrlab has announced the appointment of Bharatesh Salian as President – Digital. He will be responsible for leading the company’s digital practice, with a focus on integrating performance, content, commerce, and experience functions.

Salian brings over 20 years of experience across digital strategy, data, and creative technology. He has previously held leadership roles at Interpublic Group, Publicis Groupe, and Omnicom Media Group. Prior to joining Wondrlab, he served as Senior Vice President – Marketing Science & CX at FCB/SIX, where he worked on data-led customer experience initiatives for brands including Amazon, HDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, and JioMart.

His background includes work across multiple sectors such as FMCG, financial services, real estate, fashion, automotive, and public sector organisations. At Wondrlab, he will oversee digital operations, with an emphasis on expanding capabilities in social media, digital content, and AI-driven marketing tools.

At Wondrlab, his focus will be on advancing the company’s integrated full-funnel digital offerings, aligning them with business objectives and consumer engagement goals.
