Wooden Street has appointed Pulkit Tiwari as its Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, as the company expands its focus on customer-led growth, brand strategy, and omnichannel development. In his new role, Tiwari will lead marketing and growth functions, working closely with the founder’s office and leadership across retail, technology, and operations.
Tiwari joins the company with over a decade of experience across organisations such as Wipro, Amazon, and Ericsson. His background includes work in performance marketing, monetisation, and customer experience across both digital-first startups and large-scale enterprises.
“At this point in my journey, I’m drawn to problems that are equal parts business and human,” said Pulkit. “Wooden Street has built something meaningful in a complex space—balancing design, service, and access. The opportunity now is to shape how customers experience the brand in more thoughtful, consistent, and differentiated ways as we scale.”
Founded in 2015, Wooden Street operates in the premium furniture and home solutions sector, with a presence across digital platforms and a network of more than 100 retail stores in India. The company is now looking to enter new markets and build deeper customer engagement.
Tiwari’s responsibilities will include refining brand positioning, streamlining the customer journey, and developing long-term growth and storytelling strategies across platforms.
“Pulkit brings a rare mix of structure, warmth, and sharp customer understanding,” said Lokendra Ranawat, CEO and Co-founder at Wooden Street. “He listens deeply, moves quickly, and raises the bar without making it feel heavy. I’m excited for what we’ll build together—not just in terms of topline growth, but in how people experience Wooden Street at every touchpoint.”
