Havas acquires UK-based agency Ledger Bennett

The UK-based global B2B marketing agency will now be branded as ‘Ledger Bennett, a Havas Company’ and join the organization under Havas Media Network as part of Havas' evolution towards a more customer-centric operating model amidst client transitions.
