Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology releases AI governance guidelines

The framework includes seven guiding principles - Trust, People First, Fairness and Equity, Accountability, Understandable by Design, Safety and Sustainability, and Innovation over Restraint - forming the ethical foundation for AI development in India.
