Blogworks has released the 8th edition of its monthly India’s Most Mentioned Political Leaders index analyzing the Top 20 Most Mentioned Political Leaders online for the month of November on 28th December 2013.

Top three politicians in November 2013 were Narendra Modi, Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal.

Key highlights of the report:

Narendra Modi: KPS Gill, Former DGP, Punjab mentioned in his autobiography that Narendra Modi was not responsible for Gujarat riots and did not interfere in police’s work during the riots, driving conversations for Modi in November.

Rahul Gandhi: His statement that Muzaffarnagar’s Muslim youth were engaged with Pakistan’s ISI drove negative conversations around Rahul Gandhi. His statement in an election rally in MP about Congress’s promise to help farmers by waiving off a Rs50,000 crore loan was also widely shared.
