Amitesh Rao, Director-Brand & Media, MTS India, says that when it comes to customers and social media, it works both the way i.e. all customers are on social media but not all of them are connected to the brand. Hence the brand is making efforts in both directions.
He believes that this process is a two-way street and only when they come together, genuine value can be added to the brand. He reveals that its a bit tricky to convert social media followers into paying customers. In this video he talks about how the brand is working towards converting fans into loyal customers.
