Veteran Twitter influencer, Gabbar Singh Tax (tax being added to his name after the arrival of GST) faced some issues with Ola Cabs and took to Twitter to voice his opinion.
Fun stuff ->
1. So a few days ago, My brother & I while on our way back from the Airport, tried to book an Ola cab & this happened: pic.twitter.com/fDpVDeryWH

As prompt as Ola is, the brand soon reverted with the right measures and apologised to the influencer for the inconvenience. The story however doesn’t end here. Soon twitterati started copying the same tweet, creating ruckus around the brand.
2. The tweet escalated, which was a bit funny pic.twitter.com/5HcQfvPXLG

Ola however, had a few moves up its sleeve and took the opportunity to set an example. The brand took to the analogy mentioned by Gabbar and sent a few samosa to make up for the service issues.
3. And today I rcvd these at my door step. Well played @Olacabs :) pic.twitter.com/3iRxv73gLf

Well done Ola, this is one brand moment an influencer will never forget and neither will his followers!
