Instagram reportedly testing 'Ask questions' feature in Stories

In a bid to make Instagram Stories more engaging, the popular photo sharing app is now testing a new feature for the users to ask queries and get answered. Instagram Stories Ask Questions is here.

Four days after launching the music feature in it's Stories section, Instagram is now reportedly testing an option which will allow its users to ask questions and get feedback about their posts. Enter - Instagram Stories Ask Questions.

There are already yes/no polls and emoji sliders (yes, that's a thing) that can be used with questions; the new aspect here is open-ended questions. With these, your followers' answers can be as long-winded as they want them to be. For example, iyou could roast the story-poster in as much excruciating detail as you'd like, as mentioned in a report by Android Police.

The Facebook owned company has been in news following a series of launches like IGTV and updates, wherein it has also reached a mark of 400 million daily active users of its Stories.
