Following a multi-agency pitch, Brand Catapult won the mandate and will be responsible for carving a social media roadmap for the brand across creative, media and ORM-led services; with operations for The Claridges Hotels & Resorts – India managed from it’s Delhi office.
Brand Catapult will be responsible for the strategic positioning of the Claridges Hotels & Resorts brand in the Indian market, along with their key properties, including the heritage brand – Dhaba at The Claridges. The agency will also be involved in digital innovations, brand building, and online advertising to engage with digital consumers.
The year 1952 was a major landmark in the history of the Indian hotel industry for it saw the birth of The Claridges Hotels & Resorts. The brand has two properties in the country – The Claridges New Delhi & The Claridges Nabha Residence Mussoorie. Ever since the inception of the hotel, The Claridges, New Delhi has strived to be the best in business and has been successful in winning accolades of guests and the fraternity.
