In the days ahead of Diwali this year, brands brought out their A-game in the form of delicious Soan Papdi memes.

The battle between Kaju Katli and Soan Papdi is as old as time. Sometimes, Rasogulla makes an appearance in the debate, so does Peda. However, Soan Papdi has an evergreen, affordable vibe that makes it a favourite of a different kind. This year, brands leveraged Soan Papdi memes to entertain followers, engage with them and drive conversations.

While some brands included real-life images, some scribbled the name and others drew parallel against other sweets. Some even added memes to the mix!
