Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality has announced the appointment of Molly Jaiswal as Marketing Head – Premium Casual Dining & Restaurants (PCDR). With more than 15 years of experience spanning e-commerce, hospitality, ed-tech, real estate, retail, and mobility, Jaiswal joins the company to lead marketing and brand development across its dining and restaurant verticals.
Before this role, Jaiswal served as Deputy Vice President – Marketing at Impresario Handmade Restaurants, where she was responsible for growth-focused campaigns and brand strategies. Her earlier career includes positions such as Marketing Director at Epic for Kids, along with roles at Ola and Future Group.
In her new position, Jaiswal will oversee marketing, brand positioning, and strategic growth across the PCDR division. Her focus areas include advancing digital innovation, incorporating Web3 initiatives, and using data-driven approaches to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
