The Astor Goa, a boutique hotel located in Candolim, has named communications and PR agency The Other Circle (TOC) as its official public relations and communications partner. The collaboration will focus on amplifying the brand's presence through a structured and insight-driven communication strategy.
TOC’s appointment marks a return to the agency’s early work in hospitality. Known for its presence across sectors such as education, fintech, entertainment, and lifestyle, TOC originally began by developing communications for hotels and travel destinations.

As part of the brief, TOC will be responsible for a multi-layered PR strategy, which includes earned media, editorial content, influencer engagement, digital communication, and positioning within industry discussions.
