Twitter's First Designer Announces his Exit

The one who helped change the way people communicate, the first designer of Twitter for over 5 years,Vítor Lourenço announced his exit from the company via tweet on 26 November 2012.

This is confirmed from his personal site, where he refers to his position at Twitter in the past tense.

Twitter has been employing a large number of employees including new designers and engineers. It has more than 1000 employees now in its San Francisco headquarters and more others globally. This changeover may be a sign that company is preparing for IPO.  Many of companies old employees including engineers Mark Otto, Jacob Thornton and Mark McBrid joined on new projects after leaving the company.

Lourenço is one of them now. Lets see if he joins the same rank as his colleagues and kickstarts a new project.
