Who are we?

At Digital Samurai we live to serve our clients. We spend a great deal of time working on and perfecting our skills to better serve our clients needs. Digital skills that are very important in the information age we find ourselves in.

What's in the name?

The Samurai of feudal times were the military nobility of Japan.

From an early age, the Samurai were trained to have self-discipline and a sense of duty, a contempt for material goods and for fear, pain and death. They were trained as officers in military tactics and strategy. They dedicated every second of their lives to perfecting their skills and themselves in a variety of different arts not just martial arts but calligraphy and painting.

The Samurai are followers of Zen and have their own code called Bushido to which they are held accountable.

The word Samurai itself has had several meanings over the years but the general theme is to serve, to guard or to watch. The original meaning was ‘those who serve in close attendance to nobility’.
