Schbang made it to LinkedIn India’s first ever Top StartUps 2018 list, that celebrates the companies as the place ‘Where the World Wants to Work Now’.
The LinkedIn Top Startups 2018 list is derived from a blended score looking at factors including interest in the company, engagement with employees, job interest and retention, and is informed by the billions of actions taken by more than 575 million professionals on LinkedIn.
On being chosen as one of the country’s top start-ups and being the most sought-after place to work in, founder Harshil Karia has said, “The team has grown to 250 members across two cities in just 3 short years. But no matter how big we get, we’re still a start-up at heart. We approach our goal of building client businesses with the same zeal today as we did on day one, and I think that’s what keep us going. So while it’s great to be recognized for our work, we know we still have a long way to go. No limits.”

The agency has also created benchmarks in the area of Production through Schbang Motion Pictures – an in-house production hub with integrated capabilities. In 2017, stepping into the foray of original content, SMP launched home productions with Humans of Bombay.
