We believe in providing services that are customized to the needs of our clients. We are new and real, therefore “NEO”, and we cater to the specific needs and even our mass events have something personalized to offer, therefore “NICHE”

What do we do?

We are an experiential marketing company and our aim is to always create remarkable experiences. Founded in 2011, NeoNiche provides experiential marketing solutions, brand activations, integrated marketing services, digital marketing, and MICE. Having delivered over 475 brand experiences. We are recognized as one of the most respected Experiential Marketing companies in India in terms of people practices, customer excellence, and revenue.

Why we do it?

We found an opportunity to carve a niche for ourselves in the space of customized experiences with high residual value. We go by the philosophy that we may forget names and people but not how they made you feel. Our drive came from the fact that we are “experienced engineers” and not just event planners.

How we evolve?

The whole experience-engineering domain is as swift as time itself. We have to constantly think futuristic. That’s the reason why we rely on newer talents and invest in young minds throbbing with ideas to propel our understanding further. We are willing to learn and have a flat system where our CEO would sit with the intern and understand the newest trends that fit into the millennial culture that is the largest demographic in the country.

We learned the hard way

We have realized that we need to be prepared before time. We believe in setting our deadlines, a day, or two before a client meeting. While creative enhancements would happen even at the nth hour, we like keeping our complete presentation ready well in time so that we are ever ready.

Did we just share that?

We were doing an event in Udaipur and show was about to start it was all set and suddenly we hear some weird noises we couldn’t figure where was it coming from for some time and then we see that a beautiful Peacock had entered the backstage and was making those noises. It was a funny moment for everyone.

Once at an event, there were these Quick Change acts happening (which is basically like the costume of the performer changes within seconds either when they slide a curtain or a piece of cloth or throw confetti). Indraneel – COO of NeoNiche was then standing near the stage watching it and the person from the performer’s team told Indraneel that he’d need help from an operations person. Indraneel very confidently told him to be rest assured saying he would take care of it without realizing that there was no team member present there to help the performer. After the act got over he had to get on the stage all suited up and sweep all the confetti from the stage. (He laughs while talking about it).

A day without Internet

That’s a day when we would be suddenly ideating on various things and shifting our focus on more traditional modes of communication like say, listening to a human voice on the phone than reading an email.
