Scrambled, boiled, poached, fried or as a marketing campaign dipped in the trending oil on the hot pan of social media that is making brands drool. Brands join the #EggGang!

The infamous egg trotted through the globe and spread faster than malaria. It also sufficed, the viral tradition of being topical memes. Brands have taken their turn too and hence were born Egg Gang brand campaigns.

Turns out, an egg is more versatile than we thought it could be. For the unfamiliar, it all started with a dream - the dream of setting a world record and getting the most liked post on Instagram, beating the current world record held by Kylie Jenner, by an Instagram page called, wold_record_egg.

Brands have been on their toes recently and social media marketing is seeing a shift from planning their content to following trends. Be it an upcoming movie, an athletic win or a random topic i.e. trending, everything that surfaces on social media has become a subject of the topical post.

Lately, brands have been doing wonders with their turnaround time as they creatively fuse the topic in their post and are fairly quick with it.
