YouTube NextUp 2019 has three new editions to support upcoming creators in India

Youtube NextUp 2019 launches NextUp for Artists, NextUp Women To Watch, and NextUp for Gamers

To support and encourage the next generation of creators and

artists from India, YouTube has opened entries for NextUp 2019,

and also announced three new editions this year - NextUp for

Artists, NextUp Women To Watch and NextUp for Gamers.

YouTube NextUp provides creators' an opportunity to be mentored by production and channel development experts and learn new production techniques to further enhance their content. It also provides creators an opportunity to collaborate with other talented creators, as well as be a part of the global NextUp community.

In the previous three editions, YouTube has helped fans discover talent from across the country - be it their favorite Marathi entertainers, sports enthusiasts or their own gardening buddy, and has successfully contributed to the success of over 50 Indian creators.

Speaking on YouTube NextUp 2019 Marc Lefkowitz, Head of YouTube Creator and Artist Development, APAC, said, “YouTube today reaches over 265 million Indians every month, and has a vibrant and growing creator ecosystem.
