Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a plan to tackle pollution this peak season, which also includes the odd-even scheme, first introduced back in 2016.
The scheme is based on the last digit of the vehicle’s registration number.
The scheme will be in effect from 4th to 15th November. But brands are already in effect with their creatives wheeling around the plan.
