What's

in the name?

The idea for the new setup was on, but the next big concern was 'how the identity would be defined in front of everyone? It was a constant endeavor of more than three months to work with the thought and the term ‘Xenelsoft’ came into existence.

Nalini Tomar (Founder and Managing Director, Xenelsoft) gave the term ‘Xenelians’ for every individual in the organization.

Why we do it?

The thrust to defy the traditional pattern gave XenelSoft its supreme goal to create an environment focused on the exploration of employee's skills and client satisfaction.

One of our clients wasn’t sharing the budget capabilities and wanted maximum leads. Just out of humor, one of the marketers set the cap to automatic without any bid and it went haywire, with leads falling down. Then we asked the client if they could handle that many leads.
