How do we define PromotEdge?

We are an integrated marketing and brand communication agency with mainline and digital capabilities. With an ROI driven approach, we function primarily in four verticals- Creative Design, Web Solutions, Digital Marketing and Audio Visuals.

What's in the name?

PromotEdge – the name by itself is self-explanatory. This is also the reason we coined the term. After all, we are what we do, which is Brand Promotion. And to this Promotion we add our Edge.

What do we do?

As mentioned earlier we aim to provide an edge to all our clients through 'out-of-the-box' thinking and by uncovering unique opportunities for our clients. We offer services in the following spheres: Creative Design, Web Solutions, Digital Marketing and Audio Visuals.

Why we do it?

A thorough understanding of brand marketing and the digital domain, coupled with a passion to build brands and achieve marketing success, makes us what we are and drives us to do what we do.

How we evolve?

It is truly said that change is the only constant. And that’s what we keep doing to evolve and stay relevant. We keep changing with the times, keeping up with trends, constantly educating ourselves, learning, and even more importantly, unlearning to keep pace with developments in the industry.

The need of the hour

The digital platform, today is the most powerful platform of all. While there are many players in this field, the need of the hour is to collate knowledge, work on insights and share experiences for the greater good.

We learned the hard way

We kicked off our journey in 2015 – a time when digital marketing was still in its infancy, especially in the eastern region of India. Naturally, the paths and processes at that time were ill-defined and complex with no clear or precise knowledge. By tackling challenges head-on and learning through our mistakes, we built up a bank of experience and insightful knowledge that has stood us and our clients in good stead over the years.

But most importantly the concept of a full-service communication agency with multi-vertical expertise of mainline & digital was unheard of and all the industry experts advised us at that point to stick to a core expertise area.

Did we just

share that?

It so happened that one of our team members handed over her smartphone to an important client to view something. Accidentally, the phone slipped from the client’s hand and fell on the floor and the display shattered. While the client was profusely apologetic, our associate was nearly in tears but compelled to restrain herself as the client was one of the biggest ones we had.

However, the incident had a fairy tale ending – the very next day a parcel arrived at our office in her name. Inside was a brand new smartphone of a reputed brand along with a handwritten note from the client extending his apologies and hoping she would be happy with the new set. Such clients are gems

indeed.
