Wavemaker enters content production arena with Spirit of Scotland

With Kunal Kapoor as the host, Spirit of Scotland aims to give the viewers a glimpse into the culture of Scotland in a five-episode series.

Wavemaker, the media, content and technology agency from GroupM, announced the launch of its debut content production venture Spirit of Scotland today. Hosted by Bollywood star Kunal Kapoor, the show is a 5-part exploration series focusing on the lesser-known facets of Scotland. It showcases the interesting and captivating features of Scottish culture and takes the viewer on a breath-taking visual journey into what makes Scotland truly remarkable. 

Talking about the series, Karthik Nagarajan, Chief Content Officer, Wavemaker India said, “We are extremely happy that our first-ever production is about an experience called Scotland. Crafted specifically for the audience with a discerning taste, the series explores the diversity of experiences that Scotland has to offer — from the fascinating northern lights to their indigenous culinary history, to the luxury hospitality and their crowning glory — their legendary distilleries, home to brands like Glenlivet, Aberlour, Ballantine, Chivas and The Royal Salute.”

Spirit of Scotland is an ode to the country through its legends, its culture, its landscapes and it’s scotch whisky.
